We’ve created this tool for our community to add & discuss the local events they’re attending or organizing. We hope it helps your event reach a wider audience, or it helps you stay more engaged in our amazing city!
If you have any questions about the calendar that are not answered below, simply ask by replying to this post. If you can’t figure out the process below, feel free to reply to this post with your event details and others will gladly post it for you!
Adding an Event
- Select “+New Topic”
- Add your event title
- Select the
icon, then click “Create event” - Fill in your event details in the pop-up window
- Fill in more event details in the event template
- Add tags to your post to indicate which organization is holding the event and what topic/s the meeting will cover. This step greatly contributes to calendar sortability via the tags.
- Finally, select “+ Create Topic” to post your event.
How do I view recurring events on the calendar?
Select “Upcoming events” in the sidebar. It will take you to this link: Unsprawling
