This is a feature in the official Discourse Events plugin, but doesn’t seem to exist in the Pavilion Events plugin we’re using now.
The integrations we get with Pavilion Events are just too good to pass on. We may be able to advocate for this feature and get it added. Or we could code it ourselves (if someone has the patience to do such a thing).
I’d want to have a customizable list of tags automatically appear a customizable set of colours on the calendar so that folks can easily find the things that resonate most with them in the calendar view.
Hosting organization / activism genre are the ones that come to mind. This isn’t super necessary because people can just sort by tag as it is, but it would be a nice addition to just take it that extra step forward for readability.
