Expected to take effect in 2027, the Zoning Bylaw will modernize the City of Calgary’s Land Use Bylaw, simplifying it to be more accessible and flexible, proposing a reduction in number of land uses defined, and a substantial reduction in number of zones defined, as listed below:
Housing Zones
