The Infrastructure and Planning Committee (often IPC) is a Standing Policy Committee of Calgary City Council, tasked with receiving, recommending, and sometimes approving decisions of the City pertaining to land-use & transportation planning, development, service & transportation infrastructure, and land transactions of Administration.
